The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
De Leon throws a looping overhand right but MacDonald Jr ducks down to avoid it.

De Leon with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling MacDonald Jr to score with a decent uppercut.
De Leon has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from MacDonald Jr finds it's way round the side to connect with De Leon's head.

Both these guys seem content to just stand up and trade with eachother but De Leon might want to think about changing up his gameplan a bit because over the course of the fight, MacDonald Jr has got the better of the exchanges.
MacDonald Jr uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before De Leon has time to react.
