Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Matti Vanhoillinen and Roosa Järviläinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pietari takes a jab right on the kisser.
Rahman misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Pietari.
Rahman scores with a jab.
Rahman throws a sloppy head kick and Pietari moves out of range easily.
Rahman slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
The fight moves into the clinch position.
Pietari is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Pietari throws an elbow but it's blocked.
Pietari controlling the action here for a moment.
Rahman is trying to break free.
Pietari manages to break the clinch.
Rahman tries a head kick but it misses.
Rahman with a nice cross.

and Pietari counters with a head kick that drops Rahman to the mat! Rahman scrambles across the canvas and gets back to his feet, still wobbly!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Pietari throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Rahman.

Pietari is looking to clinch but Rahman is avoiding it.
Rahman keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Rahman uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Pietari has time to react.
Rahman throws a head kick that half lands.
Rahman pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Pietari misses with a low kick as Rahman jumps back.
Rahman throws out a powerful jab.
Rahman throws a head kick but Pietari moves out of range.
Rahman smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Rahman ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Ibrahim Rahman seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Pietari takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Rahman connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Rahman dips to his left and cracks Pietari with an uppercut!
Pietari walks into a left hand.
Rahman misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Rahman lands a jab.
Pietari blocks a head kick by Rahman.
Pietari takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Rahman dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Nice straight punches there by Rahman. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Rahman.
Rahman slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.

Rahman misses with a jab, cross combination.
Pietari drops his hands momentarily and Rahman takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Rahman wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Rahman scores with a punch to the head.
The crowd cheers as Rahman lands an impressive looking overhand right. Pietari doesn't seem phased though.
Rahman is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.
Rahman fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Rahman feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Pietari's calf.
Rahman dips to his left and cracks Pietari with an uppercut!
Pietari is rocked!
Rahman scores with a jab. Pietari acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Pietari is still on wobbly legs! Can Rahman finish him?
A shot to the liver by Rahman. Beautiful body shot.
Rahman cracks Pietari with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Pietari tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Rahman pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Pietari is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:35 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ibrahim Rahman!
