Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Charles Babbage (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Billy Goat (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Babbage comes to the cage accompanied by Get baked. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Goat chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Babbage can pounce on him.
Babbage throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Goat connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Goat throws a sloppy head kick
and Babbage makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Babbage swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Babbage cracks Goat with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
A telegraphed right hand from Babbage misses the target.
Babbage misses with a low kick as Goat jumps back.
Horrible takedown by Goat or perhaps it was just good defense by Babbage which made him look bad.

Babbage cracks Goat with a right hand to the side of the head.
Charles Babbage is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Babbage will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Goat gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Goat throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Goat.
Babbage leaves Goat with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Goat stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Babbage swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Babbage is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Goat is controlling him.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Babbage is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Goat is controlling him.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Goat wants to pass the guard but Babbage is keeping the position.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Goat uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Babbage.
Babbage swings and misses with a hook to the body.

and Goat counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.

Goat shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Babbage is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.
Goat looking to control but Babbage is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
Goat throws a strike there. Babbage manages to avoid it well and slips a leg under to get to half guard.
Babbage pushes Goat off looking to stand but Goat dives back in and keeps control.

Goat is stalling here. Babbage is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Goat seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Babbage has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.

Babbage decides to stand up, so the ref orders Goat to his feet.
The fighters circling - Babbage throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Babbage throws a leg kick which misses Goat's front leg but catches the back leg as Goat tries to avoid it.

Babbage throws a lazy right hand but Goat sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
A solid leg kick lands there for Babbage.
Goat dives in and grabs Babbage's left leg, looking for a takedown. Babbage pushes down on Goat's head and hops out.
