Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Roosa Järviläinen, Arvi Lind and Marco Blurström.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Haapasalo sends Lettunen crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Haapasalo is motioning to the referee to let Lettunen up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

Lettunen sizes up Haapasalo with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Vihtori Lettunen seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Lettunen lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Haapasalo has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Haapasalo and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Haapasalo dodges the ground and pound from Lettunen.
Haapasalo prevents Lettunen from moving into mount.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Lettunen scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Haapasalo to see if he's OK.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Veli Haapasalo will probably get the nod.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Lettunen throws an overhand right that lands on Haapasalo's shoulder, as Haapasalo tries to avoid the shot.

Haapasalo uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Lettunen.
Haapasalo takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

and Lettunen connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

and Haapasalo counters with a head kick from the bowels of hell that crumples Lettunen! This one is all over!
