Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, James Jameson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, John Robins!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice sprawl there from Jameson as Robins shoots in.
Jameson fails with an attempt to clinch.
Jameson misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Robins misses with a series of wild punches.

Robins bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

You can see the frustration on Jameson's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

Robins wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Jameson, who protects the arm well.

Robins is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Jameson's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Jameson's back!

Robins is working really hard to secure the rear naked choke. Jameson defends successfully for a significant amount of time. Both fighters are looking very determined.

Robins is remaining active here, looking for the choke. The more discerning members of the crowd will appreciate his efforts.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to James Jameson.
I think Jameson has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
