Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Jack Durant (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Money Pakyaw (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Money Pakyaw struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 136.6lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. Let's see how much it's taken out of him. Money Pakyaw acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Jack Durant!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Money Pakyaw!
The judges for this bout are Shirou Masuda, Kenichi Hosakawa and Shigeki Sano.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pakyaw looks to clinch
and Durant counters with a straight right hand.
Durant swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Durant misses with a combination

and Pakyaw counters by clinching up.
Pakyaw tries to throw a body punch but Durant avoids it by throwing Pakyaw back against the cage.
Pakyaw tries to circle away but Durant has him pinned against the cage.
Durant drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Durant lands a body punch in the clinch.

Pakyaw manages to break the clinch.

Durant closes the distance and clinches.

Pakyaw escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Pakyaw fails with a takedown attempt from distance.

Durant throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Pakyaw was covering up waiting for the punch and Durant finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Durant is stalling in the full guard.

Durant passes Pakyaw's left leg - he's now in half guard.

Durant decides to return to a standing position.

Durant drives through and clinches with Pakyaw against the cage.
Durant's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Pakyaw misses with a hook from the clinch.

That's two minutes gone in the round.

Durant breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Pakyaw looks to clinch
and Durant counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Durant rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Pakyaw moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Durant misses with a two punch combination.
Pakyaw tries to score a power double leg takedown but Durant sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Pakyaw somewhat.
Pakyaw tries to clinch
and Durant makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Pakyaw looks gassed!
Pakyaw tries to clinch but Durant moves away

and Durant counters by clinching up.
Durant blocks a punch to the side of the head.
A frustrated look appears on Pakyaw's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Pakyaw prevents a takedown attempt there.

Durant manages to break the clinch.
Pakyaw shoots in but doesn't get the takedown

and Durant holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Jack Durant has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Money Pakyaw.
Pakyaw tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Durant working hard to break the clinch.

Durant pulls guard effortlessly.
Durant manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

Pakyaw is wriggling around here but as he tries to escape, Durant has taken his back.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Durant has managed to slip his arm under Pakyaw's chin. This could be all over... yep, Pakyaw is tapping out! Submission win for Durant.
