Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Anthony Favors (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Taro Mishima (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Favors comes to the cage accompanied by Tupac- Changes. Mishima is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: a. Taro Mishima is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Steve Smith and Robert Douchet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
That kick from Mishima tenderised Favors's leg. Favors is trying to keep his angry face on.

Mishima moves into the clinch.
Mishima lands a nice uppercut.
Favors fails to pull the fight into his guard.

Mishima tightens his grip and picks Favors up, before dumping him to the ground. Favors manages to land in guard.

Mishima sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Favors's guard.

Mishima wants to work for an arm triangle but Favors is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!

Mishima is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Favors defends it well.

Mishima is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

Mishima has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Favors defend it? Mishima steps over the head and cranks it - Favors is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Mishima!
