Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 4 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Alexandr Vatin!
The judges for this bout are Viktor Lagutenko, Konstantin Menshow and Aleksei Zolotukhin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vatin throws a nice outside leg kick.

Vatin shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Mouse napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Mouse lands with an elbow strike from the bottom.
Vatin avoids the strikes from the bottom by Mouse.
Vatin works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head.
Mouse parries the strikes from Vatin easily there. Vatin is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Mouse to escape.
Mouse is looking to regain half guard here but Vatin keeps moving and retains side control.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Mouse misses with a strike from the bottom.
Mouse managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Vatin.
Mouse sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard.
Vatin thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Mouse's head.

Mouse is working on a guillotine. He's managed to get to full guard and he's really squeezing tight! Vatin is tapping! Great win for Mouse!
