These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wynn moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Wynn misses with a leg kick

and Maxwell counters with a takedown into side control.
Wynn dodges the ground and pound from Maxwell.
Maxwell has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Maxwell works to advance to full mount. Wynn defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.

Maxwell looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.
