The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Maluco takes a shot to the body in his stride.

Maluco cracks Valdez with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Maluco has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Valdez to stand back up!

Maluco looks to land a combination but Valdez avoids it well.

Maluco throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Valdez shoots in looking for a takedown. Maluco tries to sprawl out of it but Valdez keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Maluco manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Maluco throws a monster overhand right that drops Valdez! Maluco follows up with more strikes from mount and the fight is all over!
