The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Couture misses with a wild body shot.
Good leg kick by Helmet there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Helmet stuffs the takedown attempt from Couture. Couture gets slowly back to his feet.
Helmet misses with a leg kick.
Helmet throws a head kick but Couture moves out of range.
Helmet throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Couture misses the body punch
and Couture takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Helmet throws a nice inside leg kick.
Helmet misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Couture misses with a body shot
and Helmet makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.

Couture shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Helmet manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Helmet might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Couture pushing down on Helmet's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work.

Couture is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Helmet is just riding it out for now. Couture eventually gives up the hold.
Couture is controlling the pace.

Couture has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Helmet has given up his back here. Will Couture look for the submission or keep pounding away?
Helmet rolls, trying to escape but Couture keeps control of the position.
