Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Boxing Elite (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Stekelanburg Magamedov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Stekelanburg Magamedov!
The judges for this bout are Seu Braga, Felipe Paraventi and Emerson Jorge.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Magamedov looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Magamedov with a momentary lay and pray from half guard.
Let's hope that Magamedov has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Stekelanburg Magamedov wasn't active enough on the ground.
Magamedov throws a lazy head kick
and Elite counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Magamedov throws a left and a right that both miss
and Elite counters with a nice uppercut.

It looks like Stekelanburg Magamedov has been cut.
Magamedov fails with a takedown attempt.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Elite misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Magamedov fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Elite, pushing him back against the cage.
Elite prevents the takedown attempt.
Magamedov keeps control of Elite as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Elite has had enough of the clinch but Magamedov keeps him there for the moment.
Magamedov tries to pull guard but Elite won't allow it.
Boxing Elite has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Stekelanburg Magamedov.
Elite is trying to break the clinch but Magamedov has him pressed against the cage.
Elite looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
Elite gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Magamedov.

Magamedov pulls guard effortlessly.
Magamedov is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Elite tries to kick Magamedov off in order to stand up. Magamedov Avoids the leg push though and dives into side control.

Magamedov lands an elbow.
Elite tries to wriggle free to get back to his feet but he's given up his back! Oops.
Elite is trying to get back to his feet but Magamedov has full control of the position and if anything, Elite has just worked his way into a worse spot.

Elite won't enjoy being in this position. Magamedov looking for the choke. Oh... he's slipped the arm under the neck - Elite is tapping - it's over boys! Magamedov picks up the submission victory!
