Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Ima Beastu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ziggy Marloney (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ziggy Marloney will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Marloney chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Marloney tries a head kick but it misses.

Beastu rushes Marloney and presses him up against the cage.
Marloney has had enough of the clinch but Beastu keeps him there for the moment.

Marloney jumps guard.
Beastu throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Marloney works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Beastu throws a big right hand that misses.
Marloney is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Beastu is looking for a sweep. Marloney is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Marloney trying to mount his opponent but Beastu defends it.

Marloney is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Beastu is just riding it out for now. Marloney eventually gives up the hold.
Beastu knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Marloney on the ground.

Marloney is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

Marloney maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Beastu could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Marloney has cracked it and Beastu is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Marloney!
