Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Zach Aderis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Muay Thai Partner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Partner moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Aderis dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Partner. That did some damage!

Aderis gets the takedown into side control.
The ground and pound from Aderis seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent.

Aderis decides to stand up, so the ref orders Partner to his feet.
Aderis misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Aderis throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Aderis clinches up with Partner and pushes him back against the cage.
A body shot lands from Aderis.
Partner lands an elbow that stopped Aderis in his tracks for a moment.

Aderis tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Partner avoids it.

Aderis breaks the clinch.
Partner bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Partner's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Aderis connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Partner scrambles back to his feet.
Partner throws a leg kick but Aderis moved away.

and Aderis connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

It looks like Muay Thai Partner has been cut.
Zach Aderis seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Aderis darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Aderis throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
Aderis looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Partner is looking for a sweep. Aderis is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Aderis shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Aderis was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Aderis throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Partner tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Aderis is in Partner's guard.

Aderis throws a strike but Partner rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
Aderis is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Partner is controlling him.
Aderis lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Partner!

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Partner wants to control but Aderis is having none of it.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Partner enables Aderis to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Partner manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

Muay Thai Partner is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Partner takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
Aderis throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
