The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mask digs a good hook to Jansson's body.
Mask jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Mask looks to score with a jab to the body but Jansson is just out of range.
Mask throws a combination that misses
and Jansson counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Jansson slips under a jab from Mask.
Mask throws a lazy right hand but Jansson sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Excellent takedown into side control there by Jansson.
Mask managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Jansson.
Mask takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head.

Mask is rocked!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Mask tries to bench press Jansson off him but Jansson keeps the position.
Mask regains half guard.
Jansson throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
Mask is staying active underneath Jansson, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
