Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Igor Tatov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Mallon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tatov comes to the cage accompanied by Superunknown. The crowd seem to be enjoying Mallon's choice of entrance music: im not afraid. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

10 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Igor Tatov!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

10 - 4 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, John Mallon!
The judges for this bout are Sergei Dronov, Konstantin Menshow and Vladimir Khabensky.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mallon doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Mallon misses with a left hand
and Tatov counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Tatov fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Mallon looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Tatov misses with a few strikes there.
Mallon misses with a lunging right hand
and Tatov counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Mallon looks gassed!
Tatov scores with a jab. Mallon acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
It looks like John Mallon has been cut.
Tatov throws a series of strikes that have Mallon backpedaling.
Igor Tatov seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Mallon looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Mallon takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Tatov connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
A looping hook to the body misses from Mallon. Tatov does a little dance to reset his feet.
Tatov fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Mallon swings widly with a right hand
and Tatov counters with an outside leg kick.
Tatov throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Mallon was covering up waiting for the punch and Tatov finishes the takedown easily into guard.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Tatov throws a big right hand that misses.
Tatov advances position into side control!
Tatov cracks Mallon with an elbow. That is naaassty.
That has opened up John Mallon's cut even more.
Tatov is looking to take a break and control but Mallon is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Tatov working away diligently from side control. Landing strikes effectively there - that will score him some points on the judges scorecards.
The cut above John Mallon's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at John Mallon's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
