The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Acevedo avoids the head kick by Vasilevsky.
No luck for Vasilevsky with that takedown attempt.
Vasilevsky displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Acevedo.
Acevedo tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Vasilevsky swivels and escapes.

Vasilevsky feints and as Acevedo raises his hands in defense, Vasilevsky changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Vasilevsky engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.

Vasilevsky drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Vasilevsky seems to have locked his on tight now - Acevedo screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Vasilevsky, as he picks up the win!
