The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

George closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Callao Jr to the mat! Callao Jr manages to get full guard.
Callao Jr is trying to keep George in close.

George thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

Callao Jr is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst George is controlling him.

George stays in close to Callao Jr's body and controls the position.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Furious George hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.

George seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Callao Jr does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

George is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Callao Jr is just riding it out for now. George eventually gives up the hold.

George frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Callao Jr has given up his back - I don’t know if this is a deliberate ploy to try and escape or if he is just struggling down there.

George is working really hard to secure the rear naked choke. Callao Jr defends successfully for a significant amount of time. Both fighters are looking very determined.

Callao Jr is trying to defend against the choke here but George has an arm under his chin. This one might not last much longer. George Tightens the hold and Callao Jr taps out furiously! George displays superior BJJ to win the fight.
