Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Teddy The (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Peter Tran (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys are coming into the fight with injuries so let's see if that has a bearing on the fight. Peter Tran has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The shoots in but Tran avoids the takedown attempt easily.
The is breathing heavily.

Tran feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
The controls Tran momentarily but Tran frees himself.
Tran distracts The with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.

Teddy The's cut is getting worse.
Tran postures up in The's guard and throws a big left but The blocks it.

Tran lands a couple of digs.
The is trying to hold Tran in close to prevent damage but Tran has managed to pass into half guard.
Tran passes to side control.
The is not in a great position here, taking some shots.

Tran is working The over with some ground and pound from side control.
The looking for a sweep but Tran has passed into full mount! Oh no!

Tran is landing with some decent strikes but The is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
