The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kong shoots in looking for a takedown. Stone tries to sprawl out of it but Kong keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Stone manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Kong fails to land the takedown.
Stone scores with the left hand. Kong knows he should have avoided that one.
Kong shoots in but Stone avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Sammy Stone has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Giant Kong.
Kong shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Stone as he jumps to the side.
Stone ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Kong looks gassed!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Stone lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Kong at a distance.
Stone connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.

It looks like Giant Kong has been cut.
Kong is trying desperately to land a takedown but Stone is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Kong.

Stone sends Kong crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Stone is motioning to the referee to let Kong up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
Stone is throwing punches like he's double parked. Oh my word! Huge right hand from Stone shuts the power down on Kong. Lights out, game over! Stone is your winner.
