Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lorenzo Manta (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Apollo Creed (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Creed has chosen Apollo Creed, Deck of Jack as his entrance music. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Frank Dennis and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Creed dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Creed walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Manta checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Apollo Creed seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Manta misses with a wild body shot.
Creed throws a big shot that misses.
Manta keeps the fight on the outside.
Creed avoids the body shot from Manta.
Creed moves out of range as Manta strikes.
Creed throws a leg kick
and Manta counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Creed lands an overhand right.
Manta tries a head kick but it misses.
Creed throws a sloppy head kick and Manta moves out of range easily.
Creed fails in his attempt to clinch.
Manta knocks Creed to the floor with a head kick! Can he finish him!?
It looks like Apollo Creed has been cut.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Manta has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Creed!

Creed is rocked!
Manta loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Creed scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Manta land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Manta stands and salutes the crowd.
