Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Weppe Huilakko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Svenson Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Huilakko might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Byz - Do you wanna fuck?. Svenson Silva told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Huilakko lands a right hook to the body.

Silva clinches with his opponent.
Huilakko tries for a takedown but Silva manages to get underhooks.
Huilakko tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Silva tries to work over Huilakko's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.

Huilakko has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Silva uses from the top position.

Silva advances position into side control!

Silva thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Huilakko is trying to control Silva's posture but Silva avoids it.
Huilakko tries to bench press Silva off him but Silva keeps the position.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Silva accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Silva has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Silva postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Huilakko looks a forlorn figure.

Silva is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Huilakko is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Huilakko flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Silva anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Huilakko and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Silva slips an arm under Huilakko chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Silva has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Silva is squeezing on Huilakko like an anaconda would it's prey. Huilakko fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!
