Starkey is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Cock Sparrer - England Belongs To Me. George Starkey will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Starkey thows a leg kick but Eins checks it
enabling Eins to counter with a crisp jab.
Eins misses with an uppercut
enabling Starkey to counter with a crisp jab.
Starkey misses with an uppercut
and Eins makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Starkey tries to clinch up but Eins circles away and keeps his distance.

Eins breaks the clinch.
Eins throws a low kick, looking for Starkey's leg but Starkey calmly moves out of range.
Starkey throws out a token jab with nothing on it.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

and Eins counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.

Eins throws a sloppy head kick and Starkey moves out of range easily.

Eins fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Starkey manages to avoid it.

Starkey is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Eins lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.

Starkey changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Eins looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
You can see the frustration on Eins's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Starkey tries to get to his feet but he's trapped momentarily.

Starkey is breathing heavily.

Starkey tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
Eins can't do much from the bottom here.

Eins tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Starkey wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

Starkey stands up and beckons Eins to his feet.

and Eins counters with a straight right hand.
Eins throws a looping overhand right but Starkey ducks down to avoid it.
Starkey avoids the head kick by Eins.
Starkey thows a leg kick but Eins checks it
and Eins counters with a nice uppercut.
Eins tries to land a front kick but Starkey steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Starkey takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Eins moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.

Eins is working an open guard so Starkey takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
Eins feints and then cracks Starkey's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Starkey down.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Robert Eins.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Eins, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
