Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Sammy Sweet (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Shinichi Fuujin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sweet's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Go To Sleep. Fuujin has chosen Soilwork - Rejection Role as his entrance music. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fuujin darts in trying to clinch

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Fuujin has control of Sweet's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Sweet regains control of the situation pretty easily.

Fuujin jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Sweet is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Sweet and Fuujin has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Fuujin is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Sweet knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Fuujin tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Fuujin has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
