And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Adbo lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Adbo scores with a crisp jab that stopped Aldo in his tracks.
Aldo tries to close the distance and clinch up but Adbo swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Aldo looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Adbo is fending him off so far but Aldo persists. Nope, Adbo circles away and we're back to standing.

enabling Adbo to counter with a crisp jab.
Aldo takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Horrible takedown by Aldo or perhaps it was just good defense by Adbo which made him look bad.
A jab from Adbo finds it's way through Aldo's defenses.

and Adbo cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Aldo drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Aldo lands a body shot.
Aldo looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Aldo misses with a right hand
and Adbo counters with a left to the body.
Aldo takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Aldo looks gassed!
Aldo shoots for a takedown but Adbo saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Mohamed Adbo has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jose Aldo.
Adbo connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.

Aldo is starting to get sloppy and is letting his hands down. Adbo just took advantage and landed a stinging jab. Oh! And now a right hook, right on the button! Aldo has gone limp, and this one is over!
