The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Kozak shoots in but doesn't get the takedown

so Gee counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Kozak is trying to keep Gee in close.
Gee trying to control but Kozak is working from the bottom.
Gee postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.

Kozak escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Gee gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Gee wants to control from the top but Kozak keeps moving.

Kozak is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Gee is aware though and is defending well.

Kozak has his foot on Gee's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Gee works his way back into a safe position though.

Kozak has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Gee should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Kozak has tightened it up now! Gee should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
