PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Good Finisher (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Opponent Hammer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Finisher's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, we are the champions. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Finisher throws a sloppy head kick
and Hammer counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Finisher wants to clinch
and Hammer counters with a nice uppercut.
Hammer moves out of range of the leg kick from Finisher.
Hammer misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

Hammer rushes Finisher and presses him up against the cage.

Hammer jabs Finisher right on the nose. Finisher blinks but takes it well.
Hammer catches Finisher with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!

Hammer closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Hammer perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
Hammer really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Finisher. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Let's hope that Hammer has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Finisher is looking for a sweep. Hammer is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

and Hammer counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Finisher's guard now.
Hammer wants to get up but he can't break Finisher's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

Finisher has control of Hammer's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Hammer regains control of the situation pretty easily.

The referee warns Hammer that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.

Finisher is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Hammer is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Hammer flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Finisher anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Hammer and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Finisher slips an arm under Hammer chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Finisher has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Finisher is squeezing on Hammer like an anaconda would it's prey. Hammer fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!
