Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Malik Turner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jimmy McDermot (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). McDermot has chosen I'm An American by La Coka Nostra as his entrance music. Turner has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McDermot blocks a jab.
Turner is breathing heavily.
Good leg kick by McDermot there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
McDermot misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
A punch combination from McDermot misses.
That kick from McDermot tenderised Turner's leg. Turner is trying to keep his angry face on.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
McDermot throws a nasty head kick that just misses. He throws another kick to the head of his opponent and almost takes it off! Turner crumples to the floor and the fight is over!
