The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Andrew Berry and James Ackerman.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fedja misses with a two punch combination.
Fedja looks to land a combination but Textmark avoids it well.
Textmark tries for a takedown but Fedja circles away easily
and Fedja counters with a stiff right hand.

It looks like Justin Textmark has been cut.
Textmark slips a jab and a cross from Fedja.
Textmark falls off balance throwing a combination
enabling Fedja to counter with a crisp jab.

and Fedja counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Fedja.

Fedja turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Fedja manages to end up in side control.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Textmark tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Textmark takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.

and Fedja counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Textmark thinking.
Fjodor Fedja has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Justin Textmark.
Textmark takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.

Textmark throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Textmark closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Fedja to the mat! Fedja manages to get full guard.

Fedja has hold of Textmark's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Textmark seems comfortable defending it but Fedja has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Textmark is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Textmark is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Fedja couldn't care less - he's delighted!
