The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Oyama throws a lazy head kick
and Oyama takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Jaa connects with a solid leg kick.
Jaa blocks a head kick by Oyama.
Jaa lands with a hook. Oyama tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Oyama is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Jaa.

It looks like Masatacu Oyama has been cut.
Oyama throws a nice outside leg kick.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Jaa takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.

Jaa lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Oyama is still on wobbly legs! Can Jaa finish him?
Oyama looks gassed!
Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Jaa! Oyama is out on his feet! Jaa rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Oyama is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Oyama is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.
