The judges for this bout are Steve Montenegro, Jorge Garcia and Dean Styles.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jackson looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

Goddard has closed the distance and engaged Jackson in a clinch.
Jackson tries to land a knee to the head but Goddard blocks with his arms.

Jackson's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.

The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Jackson takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.

Goddard postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Jackson is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Goddard, into his guard.

Jackson has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Goddard to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Jackson is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Goddard pulls down on the head and he's put Jackson to sleep! This one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:35 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Graham Goddard!
