The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cirak tries for a takedown but McKeon circles away easily
letting McKeon counter with a right hand.
Cirak with a lazy takedown attempt
and McKeon counters with a stiff right hand.

Cirak scores with a takedown into McKeon's guard.
Cirak trying to control but McKeon is working from the bottom.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
McKeon bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Cirak's guard.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
McKeon tries to free his leg and advance position but Cirak is retaining full guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
McKeon sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Cirak's guard.
McKeon works his foot free and advances to mount.
Cirak is looking to get to half guard.

McKeon looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.

McKeon tries to control but Cirak wriggling away.
McKeon mounts Cirak! Really nice guard pass there!

McKeon goes for an armbar but Cirak turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from Cirak.
McKeon looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
McKeon lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Cirak!
Cirak wants to control but McKeon is having none of it.

McKeon unloads with some shots from mount but Cirak bucks and avoids them well.
McKeon wants to take his opponent's back but Cirak doesn't allow it.

McKeon looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead.
Cirak is squirming around, avoiding McKeon's attempts to control the action.
Cirak working to try and regain half guard.

McKeon quickly switches position and commits to an armbar! It's a big risk for McKeon but it's paid off an Cirak is forced to tap! Nice work by McKeon.
