Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Demo Man (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ivan Lavronenko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Man's entrance music is THE PRODIGY - voodoo people. A fine choice. Ivan Lavronenko told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

14 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Demo Man!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
7 - 2 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Ivan Lavronenko!
The judges for this bout are Ivan Kurochkin, Igor Prikhodko and Valeri Chadov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Man throws a one two combo.
Lavronenko shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Man as he jumps to the side.
Man throws a lazy right hand but Lavronenko sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Lavronenko closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Man on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.
Man has one foot on Lavronenko's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet.
Man misses with a looping left.
Man stuffs the takedown attempt from Lavronenko. Lavronenko gets slowly back to his feet.
Lavronenko throws a series of strikes that have Man backpedaling.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Lavronenko will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Demo Man has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ivan Lavronenko.
Man misses with a body punch
and Lavronenko counters with a straight right hand.
Lavronenko avoids the body shot from Man.
Lavronenko steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Man.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Man fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Lavronenko looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Man scores with a body shot.
Lavronenko looks gassed!
Man tests Lavronenko's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Demo Man is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Man throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Donk. Man catches Lavronenko right on the button with a cross.
Man drops Lavronenko with a beautiful combination! Lavronenko stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Man is looking for the KO!
Lavronenko is rocked!
Man lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Lavronenko circles away quickly and effectively.
Lavronenko misses with a body punch
and Man counters with a left and a right... and another left... and another!! That last one turned off the lights! Lavronenko has no idea who he is and is as he gazes up at the spotlights. Brutal knockout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:50 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Demo Man!
