Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Mooses Gonzales (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kirch Hoff (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gonzales comes into the arena with Liehuva Liekinvarsi blaring out of the sound system. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
9 - 6 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Mooses Gonzales!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

7 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Kirch Hoff!
The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Wagner Zegers and Albert Achterberg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hoff throws a lazy uppercut
and Gonzales counters with a nice uppercut.
Hoff misses with a series of wild punches.
Hoff closes the distance looking to clinch
and Gonzales counters with a stiff right hand.
A leg kick checked by Hoff.
Gonzales throws a lazy right hand but Hoff sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
A good leg kick by Gonzales.
Gonzales throws a leg kick but Hoff sees it coming and checks it nicely.
Gonzales takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.
That kick from Hoff tenderised Gonzales's leg. Gonzales is trying to keep his angry face on.

Hoff lands a jab to the nose.
Hoff fails in his attempt to clinch.
Hoff looks for the body kick but Gonzales saw that one coming.
Gonzales misses with a wild body shot.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Gonzales lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Hoff has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Hoff and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Hoff works the jab nicely.
Hoff walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Gonzales misses with a looping left.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Hoff tries to clinch but Gonzales moves away
and Gonzales counters with a left to the body.
Hoff changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Gonzales avoids a punch combination nicely.
Hoff looks to clinch
enabling Gonzales to counter with a crisp jab.
A good leg kick by Hoff.
Hoff throws a half hearted mid kick.
Kirch Hoff seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hoff missing with a left hand there. Gonzales was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Hoff throws an off balance right hand
and Gonzales counters with a left to the body.
Hoff throws a leg kick
and Gonzales counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Hoff checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
A telegraphed right hand from Hoff misses the target.

Hoff misses with a jab to the body
and Gonzales counters with a low kick, right behind Hoff 's knee.
Hoff looks to clinch
and Gonzales connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Hoff takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Gonzales lands a left and a right that send Hoff crashing to the mat, dazed. Gonzales thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Hoff is rocked!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Hoff closes the distance but Gonzales moves to the side
and Gonzales counters with a crisp right that sends Hoff to the canvas! Gonzales follows up with punches from the mount and this one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:01 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Mooses Gonzales!
