Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Daniel Hardy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Babidiah Bogustus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hardy comes to the cage accompanied by Knowledge Be The Key. Bogustus has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hardy smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.

Bogustus closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Hardy quickly recovers to half guard.

Babidiah Bogustus seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hardy lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Hardy cracks Bogustus with a right hand to the side of the head.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Hardy darts in and out, connecting with a jab.

Hardy works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Hardy's corner calls for a 1-2. Hardy obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
