Avelyan's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Take him outh.. Shurygalo has chosen White Trash Party as his entrance music. Nolan Shurygalo will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Avelyan's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Shurygalo connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Avelyan scrambles back to his feet.
Shurygalo throws a shot from downtown. Avelyan moves away and avoids it.
Avelyan uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Shurygalo.
Shurygalo moves out of range as Avelyan strikes.
Shurygalo thows a left - swing and a miss!
Shurygalo misses with a combination
and Avelyan cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
It looks like Nolan Shurygalo has been cut.
Shurygalo connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Shurygalo keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Shurygalo throws a sloppy body shot
and Avelyan counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Avelyan ducks under a wild hook from Shurygalo.
The fight stays on the outside here - Shurygalo looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Avelyan throws out a powerful jab.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Shurygalo is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Avelyan.
Avelyan closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Shurygalo! Avelyan dives in looking to finish! Shurygalo is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!
