Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Dave Carpio (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Johnny Davis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Carpio comes into the arena with Manic Hispanic blaring out of the sound system. Davis has chosen Crash by 12 Stones as his entrance music. Johnny Davis has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Dave Carpio's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Carpio connects with a nice looking jab.

Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Carpio, as that shot connected.

Davis sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Carpio can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Davis controls the pace.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Davis crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Carpio - the referee stops the clock and Davis gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Carpio. Davis manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Dave Carpio.
