Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Daniel Dumile (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alexis Krobanov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Alexis Krobanov will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Krobanov throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Dumile.
Krobanov throws a left and a right that both miss
and Dumile counters with a stiff right hand.

and Krobanov takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Krobanov swings away with a body shot that misses
and Dumile counters with a nice uppercut.
Alexis Krobanov seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Krobanov throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Krobanov throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Krobanov takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Krobanov misses with a few strikes there.
Krobanov throws a hook but Dumile avoids it easily.

and Dumile counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

Dumile closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Krobanov is trying to stand up here but Dumile is controlling him well.

Dumile thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Krobanov's head.
Dumile perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Krobanov is trying to control but Dumile passes into side control!

Dumile lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Krobanov down.
Dumile is staying tight to Krobanov's torso, preventing him from escaping.
Dumile has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Krobanov really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Dumile. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
