Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Triston Baal (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sean Connery (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Connery is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Bond.. James Bond. Triston Baal could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Sean Connery's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Connery connects with a right hand. Baal shakes it off.
Connery closes the distance but Baal moves to the side

and Baal decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Connery's guard.
Baal seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

Baal tries to free his leg and advance position but Connery is retaining full guard.
Baal looking to sit in guard and control but Connery gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Connery postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Baal is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Connery, into his guard.

Baal has gone for a leg lock! Connery slips out almost immediately though and dives into Baal's guard.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Connery trying to stand up but can't free himself from Baal's guard.
Connery is looking to work some ground and pound but Baal has wrist control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Connery is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Baal is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Baal has escaped and now he's on top!
Baal stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Connery swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Baal is looking to work some ground and pound but Connery has wrist control.
Connery keeping moving, preventing Baal from controlling successfully.
Baal slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
Baal will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Baal is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Connery is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Connery is trying to improve his position.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Baal remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.

Baal connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Connery some visible discomfort.

Connery is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Connery shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Baal as he avoids it easily.
Sean Connery seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Baal is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Connery.
Connery throws a series of punches but Baal avoids them all with ease.

Sean Connery is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Baal sends Connery crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Baal is motioning to the referee to let Connery up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
