Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Tim Taylor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Trey Guarino (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tim Taylor looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Taylor throws a right hand that Guarino ducks under and follows up with a left that Guarino also avoids with ease.
Taylor misses with a jab, cross combination.
Taylor stuffs the takedown attempt from Guarino. Guarino gets slowly back to his feet.

Guarino gets the takedown into side control.

Guarino is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Taylor is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Taylor manages to work his way to half guard, despite Guarino's best efforts.

Guarino is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

Guarino tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Guarino has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Guarino thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

Guarino is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Taylor knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

Guarino shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Guarino was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
