PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Paul Atreides (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hunter Hearst Hogan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Atreides kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is HERE WE GOOOOO!. Hogan comes into a darkened arena with his song building. The Game kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! The key to victory for Paul Atreides has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The judges for this bout are Wagner Zegers, Albert Achterberg and Paulsen Ambrosius.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Atreides tries to clinch but Hogan is having none of it.
Atreides lands a glancing blow to the side of Hogan's head.
Atreides tries to close the distance and clinch but Hogan swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Hogan shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Atreides as he avoids it easily.
Atreides looks to score with a jab to the body but Hogan is just out of range.
Hogan tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Atreides rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Hogan moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Atreides tries to close the distance and clinch up but Hogan swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Atreides will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Atreides drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Atreides seems to have locked his on tight now - Hogan screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Atreides, as he picks up the win!
