Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Gunner State (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cedric Steele (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). State's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Blaze Of Glory by Bon Jovi. Steele has chosen Ironman as his entrance music. Gunner State had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!

Steele throws a lazy uppercut
and State counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.
Steele scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.

State misses with a series of wild punches.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Steele lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and State has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from State and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

State creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Steele sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.
State throws a strike aimed at the side of Steele's head but Steele avoids it well.

State's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

The referee asks State politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. State prefers to stall for the moment though.
