Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Cameron Dye (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Adron Wright (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wright has chosen On the Eve of War as his entrance music. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wright on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Dye. Dye obviously looking to wear him down.
Dye uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Wright.
Wright uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Dye tries to clinch but Wright moves away
and Wright counters with a straight right hand.
Wright throws a poor cross that misses
and Dye counters with a thumping low kick.
Dye moves out of range as Wright strikes.
Wright swings widly with a right hand
and Dye counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters.

Dye tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Wright counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Dye closes the distance but Wright moves to the side
and Wright counters with a lovely straight right hand!

It looks like Cameron Dye has been cut.
Dye tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Wright paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Wright throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Dye counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.
Wright just misses with a punch to the body.
Wright might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.

Cameron Dye seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Wright fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Dye manages to avoid it.

A frustrated look appears on Wright's face as he tries to break the clinch.

Dye using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Wright has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.

With the two fighters working up against the cage, Dye just misses with a elbow thrown towards Wright's brow.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Wright continues to stall. The referee tells him to work or he's going to break them up.
Dye lands an elbow inside.
Wright stalling in the clinch.
The ref breaks the fighters up, due to lack of action by Adron Wright.
Wright misses with an uppercut. Dye saw that one coming.
Wright's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Wright duly obliges.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

and Wright counters with a left to the body.

and Wright counters with a left and a right that stings Dye.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Dye throws a solid leg kick but Wright takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Dye.
Adron Wright seems to be getting the better of the standup.

and Wright cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Wright takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Wright swings for the body but Dye moves out of range.
Some bone on bone action there as Wright checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.

Wright lands a really nice looking cross but Dye seems unphased.
Wright circles away from the clinch attempt
and Wright counters with a right hand to the body.
Wright swings widly with a right hand
and Dye counters with a leg kick.

Dye moves into the clinch.
Wright just leaning against Dye, taking a breather.
Dye throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Wright blocks it with crossed arms.
Dye misses with a knee to the head.
Dye tries a knee to the head but Wright blocks it.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Wright is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.

Dye comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.

Wright is pushing Dye up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.

Cameron Dye's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
Wright dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Wright throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

Wright cracks Dye with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Wright has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Dye to stand back up!
Oh Dye is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Wright flashes Dye a smile before throwing a beast of a right hand, straight down the pipe. Dye's eyes follow the hand right onto his nose, taking in it's full glory... and then darkness. Dye crumples to the floor! He's out cold! Wright punches the air and yells at the top of his lungs - yeeeeeeeeeeah!!!! This one is all over!
