Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Charles Darwin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Miklo Velka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Velka has chosen Delinquent Habits - Tres Delinquentes as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Miklo Velka!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Darwin throws a right hand that misses
and Darwin takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Velka connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Velka tries to clinch up

so Darwin counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.

Darwin drops back, looking for a kneebar! Velka looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Velka looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Velka!

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.

A telegraphed takedown attempt from Darwin is defended easily by Velka.
Velka throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Velka looks to land a body kick but Darwin moved away.

A close round but Miklo Velka will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

That was a close second round but I would say that Charles Darwin will probably get the nod.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!
