The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chavez looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Tank throws a lazy uppercut
and Chavez counters with a two punch combo.
Chavez lands a jab-cross combination.

It looks like Mike Tank has been cut.
A slow jab from Chavez misses its intended target.
Chavez shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Chavez will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Chavez throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

Chavez lands a left and a right that sends Tank crashing to the canvas! Chavez dives into mount looking to finish!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Chavez fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!

Chavez is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Tank to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Tank shrugs it off.
