The judges for this bout are Valeri Chadov, Aleksandr Martynov and Ivan Kurochkin.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sarachev closes the distance but Rollin moves to the side
enabling Rollin to counter with a crisp jab.

and Rollin counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

Sarachev wants to improve his position but Rollin is controlling well.

and Rollin counters with a single leg into guard. Sarachev didn't expect that.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Evgenii Sarachev.

Rollin decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

Sarachev is staying active underneath Rollin, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Sarachev pushes Rollin off looking to stand but Rollin dives back in and keeps control.

Rollin really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Sarachev. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Rollin can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Sarachev is looking to escape.

Rollin might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Sarachev kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Well Rollin has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
