The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rizzo closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Saint Pierre to the mat! Saint Pierre manages to get full guard.
Saint Pierre is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Rizzo scoring with punches to the head and body.
Rizzo won't allow Saint Pierre to get back to his feet.
