Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Anthony Johnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lukasz Jurkowski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jurkowski has chosen KSW as his entrance music. Lukasz Jurkowski told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Winston Howard, Hugh Johnson and Eliza Hachem.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Johnson tries to score a power double leg takedown but Jurkowski sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Johnson somewhat.
A punch combination from Johnson misses.

Jurkowski rushes Johnson and presses him up against the cage.
Johnson gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Jurkowski.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Jurkowski gets control of Johnson's arms and successfully pulls guard. Jurkowski will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
Jurkowski can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Johnson controls the pace.

Jurkowski kicks Johnson off and gets to his feet.
Jurkowski doesn't manage to clinch there - Johnson circles away.
Jurkowski checks a leg kick.
Johnson lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Jurkowski circles away quickly and effectively.
Johnson throws a low kick but it's checked well by Jurkowski.
Johnson looks to land a combination. Jurkowski sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.

and Jurkowski counters into the clinch. Nicely done.

Johnson trying to control the position but instead, Jurkowski has worked for underhooks and has pushed Johnson into the cage.
Johnson misses with some punches.
Johnson is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Jurkowski is keeping busy.
Jurkowski lands a nice elbow from the clinch.

Johnson on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
Johnson can't break the clinch.
Johnson tries to land knees in the clinch but Jurkowski avoids the damage to the body.

Jurkowski jumps guard and drags Johnson to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.

Johnson stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Jurkowski swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Johnson is looking to stand up but Jurkowski won't let him.
Jurkowski is trying to keep Johnson in close.
Jurkowski is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Jurkowski is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Johnson is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
