The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Baron blocks a head kick by Matthews.

Matthews rushes Baron and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Matthews tries to stall but Baron uses the opportunity to gain a better position.

Matthews throws a series of punches but Baron avoids them all with ease.

Matthews has had enough of the clinch but Baron keeps him there for the moment.
Matthews wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

Baron is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Matthews looks calm but he's in trouble here. Baron gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Matthews is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Baron lets go of the hold and Matthews can pop his arm back in it's socket.
