The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mtagwa misses with a double jab
enabling Alexander to counter with a crisp jab.

Oooooh!!! Mtagwa has knocked Alexander down with a huge combo! Mtagwa steps away and waves a wobbly Alexander back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

It looks like Earl Alexander has been cut.

Alexander shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Alexander connects with a nice short shot to Mtagwa's temple.

Mtagwa really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Alexander. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Alexander wants to free his trapped foot but Mtagwa is holding on for dear life with his legs.
